Lack of responses to e-mails

Up till now Afrihost has been great at responding and fixing issues...

A week ago my speed dropped to half the speed I normally get and pay for. My first e-mail was answered promptly by Brendan.N, who asked for more information.

I rep**** immediately with the information he requested and never received a reply. Every day I sent a mail back asking for an update and never got any reply what-so-ever.

Today I tried calling but the waiting line is 1 hour - as long as Telkom.

This is not the Afrihost I've known but if they continue I will simply cancel - there are a few better rated ISP's out there.
