Lack of response
Have had several issues that have caused me to contact Afrihost support. Unfortunately the response is terrible. One needs to remind them that you have posted a support query in order for any action to be taken. I can understand it happening once but it seems the norm. Will be looking for a new host.

Any query that is logged with our Support Team should be resolved within 24 hours of the request being logged, and if this is not the case, you should be provided with a definite timeline to the query or issue being resolved.
We attempted to contact you directly on your cellphone, but it seems to go through to voice mail. We most assuredly want to follow-up on these queries that you logged, and why they were not attended to as promptly as they should have been.
If you can send us the reference numbers for your queries to *** we will gladly follow-up on the queries.
