Lack of customer service

Payment was made proof of payment was submitted and I still get disconnected, when I contact via WhatsApp the response I get was *********** with sheer lack of customer service. Blessing M shouldn't be dealing with customers the service and blatant disregard was pathetic. I will be taking this further to the ombudsman
