Lack of communication

I have been with Afrihost for a few months now registered as a beneficiary under a co-worker, because i received such good service i thought to myself hey let me get my own account active and in less than two months i am already disappointed.

I was informed that on a month to month basis, i get what i pay for and now all of a sudden i get charged for an account which has been suspended and no work around or proper explanation given to me why i have to pay for two services without using them.

Level of customer expectation is not as great as the hype behind it.

Thank you very much for telling me " my services being suspended is all on me" wow , i remain amazed guys.

Thank you for your service, now i know it's pointless calling in . I will keep your services knowing "it is all on me".
