LACK OF CARE

I am truly dissatisfied with the service received from metro fibre & Afrihost, there is a lack of care, in this day and age where many people work from home and rely on internet, the turn around times are shocking! DO BETTER! Some staff are prepared to go further and look into the case further whilst others just remind you of the turn around times, there was also a delay because of a cost to replace the ONT box, meanwhile i must sit here and suffer without internet. I have been a client since 2021 - what is the warranty on those ONT boxes, why has the issue of the cost added delay to the restoration of my internet, I went with Afrihost as a provider as i believed their service was great even though their fees are higher than other providers, I am now reconsidering my choice of supplier due to lack of care / urgency.
