Lack of assistance even from the Manager

Another call to Afrihost which has exhausted our airtime. Sheldon the manager / supervior eventually came to the phone after we requested to speak to him all day and when he comes to the phone he uses a tone with me as if he is doing us a favor. We do not owe Afrihost and it is not our fault that your consultants didnt pick this up since last week.No accountability and no one can tell us how long it normally takes for this process......
