Lack of Afrihost service

Ordered MTN Fixed LTE including hardware from Afrihost 48 hours ago. It was delivered 1 day later despite my selecting 3 hour delivery. One day later it still does not work despite talks with their supposed support centre. All this despite their advert telling one that this is a plug and play solution.
