Kudazi FIBER for Afrihost President -

Kudazi for Afrihost President I would really like to comment on Kudzai 's services and extra mile. I have signed up with Afrihost.com on 25 April and had "no internet connection" ever since. 6 Vumatel technicians came out and could not find the issue, or instead said that the issue was with my ISP (Afrihost) I have spoken to 10 different agents on wats app support and was contacted from support by 10 different agents. I had to follow all troubleshooting steps every time i deal with a new agent and had to repeat myself so many times, until i met with Kudzai on wats ap and was fed- up by then.

I explained my story one last time and also made him aware that I will not let you go until my issue is resolved TODAY!! He mentioned that he reside in my area and when he knocks off he can pass by to have a look, i refused and wanted to know WHAT CAN HE DO DIFFERENT . And he mentioned that its not allowed or they don normally do this, but he will try his best. He rocked up at my place, identified the issue and escalate further. It was confirmed that my issue was resolved , however when i got home same error "no internet connection"

Contacted the support team, again no luck. I contacted Kudzai on his personal mobile and advised that I am still having issues. He came to my place again last night and managed to resolve my issue within 5 minutes. .....5 freaken minutes people!!

Fibre will not be the same without Kudzai From Afrihost..KUDZAI FOR PRESIDENT. @Afrihos, please allow Kudzai to train\up s**** all the agents at afrihost on wats app and outbound !! Tank you so much Kudzai, thank you for restoring my trust in afrihost YOU ARE THE FUTURE!!!!! i realy hope this compliment reach the correct channels..and you are recognized.!!!
