Where do i start , i app**** for a line upgrade , its more than a week now and each time i log a call it seems like all i get is the same old story that open-serve is still to do the upgrade , well one of the Helpdesk agents actually told me that my line was upgraded and I'm now running at the new speed , 30 min later when I logged a call they came back to me with the same old story sorry my upgrade is still to be processed .

Well guess ill be moving my line another ISP. And i will not recommend using Afrihost at all .

No service nor service manager in sight.
