Keep away from Afrihost

Don't waste your time with these people. I contacted them to get connected ,gave address etc. and they were only too happy to assist and get my credit card details - I was told I had to come in and get a modem and they would connect within a week . The week came and went , there was a transaction thru my card and no more , when contacted they advised they had no capacity and I should return the modem and then they would refund. I said they should collect as they were at fault - after a few strong words they agreed to collect - this never happened . I had to go back to their office to take back the modem and was promised return of my funds with in 2 day s , - I am still waiting - the senoir people including CEO do not take or return calls
