Just want my money back for no service

I really dont even want to give then even one star. Very bad experience with them. App**** for fibre line on the 2nd January 2025, got router that same week. Got message that line was active, but had no fibre ont. phoned them they asked me for a proof of adress emailed it. They took the first premium of R1020. Need less to say still waiting for them to install the fibre. Phoned them everyday. Cancelled it on the 29th of January 2025. Still waiting for to collect the router and refund debit order. Worts service ever.
