Just as useless as Telkom

<p>Its been over 2 weeks since my adsl started giving issues and between myself and my provider, there must be atleast 1-2 faults per day loggged for my line. Im tired of the excuses im given everytime i report the line( my provider has given up). I moved from telkom to afrihost to avoid issues like this, but afrihost seems to be following in telkoms footsteps. Im paying for a service, not for excuses. And most of the techs on support dont seem to care what i tell them or treat me like im an idiot and ignore everything i say. Useless simply useless. </p>
