There was a mess somewhere in the process to get my new voice simcard to work. He took the problem on and actually walked through it. After many hours he cracked it!<br> <br> I cannot say the same for my ADSL PROBLEM! I have not found anybody who was prepared to sort it after months of VERY BAD service!<br> <br> But thanks anyway JONATHAN
