ISP's dishonesty and thieving from the public now a satanic force!

I am paying over R800 per month for a 50 MBPS fiber connection and my ISP is Afrihost. I am consistently getting below 10 MBPS for over a year now . I know they deflect this complaint to others in the chain such as Openserve but they continue to take the R877.00 per month for a service promised that they cannot consistently supply. This is dishonesty to consumers on a huge scale. But there is no redress online any complaints or search for visible forums where one can effectively complain is flooded out of visibility by Afrihost and others with vested interests completely commandering all search results and removing the voice of the consumer completely. We are crying from the depths of Page 500 or more and no one hears our voice (to paraphrase the psalm ).
