ISP of the year my behind
It is now almost 40 Business Days after requesting Activation of my ADSL Line and I am still not being kept up to speed, have promises of calls and feedback (With nothing) ... and am sitting with a Business that has collapsed due to poor 3G reception in the Area ... and absolutely no interest from Telkom or Afrihost in getting my Line Sorted Out. A modern Business cannot operate without Internet today. I will reconsider ever recommending you guys again ...

We apologise for the delay in getting your DSL line activated.
As you may know, we request the DSL line on your behalf with Telkom. They activate the DSL line when there is a port available. They request a 30 day period to do their investigation, if a port is available before that, then you will get a DSL line. Other times you may be placed on a waiting list.
Based on the information you have provided, the DSL line looks to be ready and you are connected and using data. If you are still experiencing a problem, please feel free to contact us at ***.
Regards
