*********** ISP

Been with Afrihost since 2018 but as from 2023 been battling have a stable connection. Talked to numerous so called experts who can only communicate via WhatsApp to no avail. On the 3rd of April 2024 whilst on the line via WhatsApp the "consultant" requested me to read the numbers on the underside of the router, which they supp**** and should have the information. Had to get on a counter top with phone to my ear and torch in mouth to get the info. I actually lost my footing and fell off the counter, hurting my back. Never in my life of 66 years have I ever had dealings with such an *********** group of people who thinks that I am literate in the termalogicy they use. Immediate gave them notice for termination of service and signed up with a competent service provider who have actual persons I can talk to and gave a technical team that come out and sort things out. Now Afrihost want to debit my bank account for service in May 2024 despite giving them notice for termination of services on 5 April 2024. Did request my bank to cancel the debit order due for May 2024 since never did I sign any contract with Afrihost and never was told I need to give them 1 month's notice for termination. They were paid for April 2024 despite not using them as ISP and now they want payment for May 2024 as well. Please never make use of their services, totally a ISP that needs to close their business.
