Is your ClientZone secure???

<p>After reporting a fault on the Afrishost ClientZone, my credentials were shared with me for the first time since getting the router set up and delivered by Afrihost themselves. On the exact same day of being sent my credentials, another line, which i have no clue who owns started using my exact credentials that were sent to me via ClientZone support. I am the sole owner and user of my internet connection, as it is a private household ADSL line.<br /><br />When querying what is going on, Afrihost support team find that a simple appology is sufficient to fix this error. </p> <p> </p> <p>Am I the only one that seems to find it a serious thing that my "secure" credentials have been leaked to an unknown source? It is extremely urgent to find out how this is happening!!!</p>
