Internet Was Down For literally 4 Days

Hi All, I got a best service from Thabang who works in a Support Call Center Department. Thee man is G.O.A.T. I had no internet from 21/06/2020. Today (24/06/2020) when I hopelessly called Afrihost, due to logging faults and no acknowledge and intention to resolve the issue, he took the call. He solved Ticket ISP-178218 like a real G.O.A.T. He put me onhold for like 10min while sorting this issue with Vumatel. Within 15min after our call ended Vumatel called me to tell me they are coming to my property. Within an hour of initially talking to Thabang my internet was back up. Thank you Mr Thabang... You Rock My Guy. I've gained innumerable respect for you my king. Salute. Please train others to respect customers and to make sure they remember the reason for being in that department. I Thank YOU!!!
