Internet suspended

<p>This morning I received an email and sms saying that my account was in arrears, as my debit order did not go through, but I have until the 10th of June to fix it. I was not aware that my account did not allow debit orders for some reason, When I tried to connect to my account to change the details for a payment to be made, my account was already suspended... It is only the 25th of May! Now I had to fill in a form requesting pictures of me holding my ID?? This is unacceptable. I hope to hear from someone on Afrihost's side SOON.</p>
