Internet Service Providers

I changed my service provider at the beginning of March 2024 to Afrihost, keeping my existing fibre line in Pietermaritzburg with Metrofibre.

To date I still do not have internet. I am not certain if the problem is with Afrihost or Metrofibre so I will share this review for both.

Surely between the two they could resolve an internet issue.

Instead, I must buy data every day via my cellphone provider to perform my work, whilst paying for a line without internet.

I have three lines with Metrofibre and Afrihost. The other two work fine but because of this I have ordered a new ADSL line from Rain which will be quicker than the continual promises and waiting for this problem to be resolved. If the Rain DSL option works, then it will be better to cancel all three lines and go with a working option.
