Internet not working for 2 weeks

My line has been down for 2 weeks. I have been on the whatsapp help line with support staff everyday for the 2 weeks. I followed all the instructions, I even replaced my router. I call was logged with telkom by afrihost more than a week ago - nobody came out. I got an sms from Afrihost yesterday saying my issue has been resolved.

my internet is still not down!!!!!!
