Internet down for 18 days

Hi. I have posted a complaint on hello peter on the 23 rd and requested that a manager give me a call. Up till now I haven't received a call from a manager. My internet has been down since the 10th December. That's 18 days now. All the agents say is that they escalated the job. This is absolutely pathetic. I mentioned that I desperately need internet connectivity but its seems that nothing is being done. How can you be 18 days and counting without internet. I have a 100gb capped bundle package and only used 4 GB of that. This is the worse service ever. Please get a manager to give me a call and please ensure that I don't get billed for the days without internet. I'm not sure what to do anymore but if nothing gets done soon then I'll have to take this further and also cancel this pathetic service that Afrihost boasts about.
