Internet down

I am experiencing frustration with my internet has been down since Friday. I keep getting told Openserve will contact me an I phone again. They tell me ticket is resolved, but my internet is still down. They had to open a new ticket. Tge technician came and eventually said it needed to be escalated and will be fixed today. They still have no feedback for me.
