Internet absolotely horrible, why should I pay

Good Evening.

For the last couple of months I have had problems with afrihost regarding connection issues. I have a 8mb premium line and I cant even stream at 480p without it having to buffer all the time, I pay R700 a month for my internet and cant even stream at a quality that is so bad that I cant even watch it. They are always quick to dismiss it saying that I should ping bras.afrihost to see if the Telkom exchange is having problems and not owning up to their service. I am dispirited and angry, I cant play games online, I cant stream at a quality that they said I would be able to stream at 1440p with that kind of internet connection.

Please help me
