Intermittent Service
I purchased an additional 10GB's with the view to upgrade to Windows 10. My internet has been so intermittent that it has been impossible to load. Some days I have had to phone three times to have my connection reset. Then an hour or two later the problem persists. I asked the call centre to escalate my problem because of the number of times it had happened to me. Empty promises.<br> <br> A call centre agent finally admitted that it was a problem they have identified and were working on a Solution with the development team. In the interim the end of the month has rolled along and my data will expire. Obviously the call centre is not open to assist on a Sunday either. <br> <br> Useless service. Any top-ups loaded on our Mobile Data and Capped ADSL packages have a one-month roll-over, this means that your data will only expire at the end of September and not the end of August.
Our Dev Team is indeed working with MTN on an ongoing basis to improve the reliability of our Mobile Data packages.
