Intermittend Internet and zero feedback at all from their side

Worst service ever fast yes but that is where it stops they ask the same stupid questions over and over never give you any feedback if they found something wrong or even if they did nothing. Their Fiber Service is intermittent now for the last 5 days on and off my uptime for the last 48 hours is 23 hours and all they say is they loggen a ticket after me sending them tests done on the line now for 5 days same tests every time .. step 1 photo of ont Step 2 traceroute step 3 speedtests step 4 ping tests is there no one that actually knows what is going on?? and you never get any feedback of any kind you **** just disconnects then works once in a while.... Is there any one who knows how I can take this further or should I just get an new ISP as I think Afrihost has let me down now far enough...
