There are no words to express how bad Afrihost's support systems are. Think hour-long hold times as the norm, idiots with idiot-checklists on the line when you finally get hold of a human, and when they (quickly) run out of expertise, a promise to escalate it in-house, with a call back from someone with a brain, is just 99% hot air.

They also have a call-me-back option on their help page... don't bother, they probably won't. And their WhatsApp support line is not much better - slow response (we're talking hours) from someone who probably can't help you anyway...

It seems to be that what they teach at support staff school is: 1) reset router to factory settings; 2) stll having a problem? Oh dear... must be your fibre network provider.
