installations OF FIBER

I have app**** for fibre to be installed in Aug 2017 and all they can tell me there is no update , There is no service in the area ,then the problem lies with TT Connect I explained to Afrihost that i have app**** through yourselves and not my responsibility to run around and get information or ETA my question is why sell a product that there is no service in your area if you going to wait 6 months Lastly i decided to contact TT Connect myself and let to be told they haven't even sent my application after 6 months this is a joke for reputable companies like these I would be very careful dealing what such companies best i start looking else where
