Installation of Fibre

These people call themselves a Service Provider........?!?! Well a SP usually lets the client know where his order is you would think, from beginning to end......?!?!? I have been waiting for fibre installation now goin on 4th week...... The fibre is already in the cottage where I currently reside, with the box all they have to do is get Openserve to get the correct installation address which they have from myself multiple times & get the installation team to install........ How difficult can it be.......???? I feel like I am at the mercy of this SP Afrihost & OpenServe with there rediculous customer service!!!! How is it possible these people can still be in business with this horrible lack of service......!?!? Everytime I call there help desk I am told my installation has been esculated to the installation Manager of OpenServe....... Still with no resolve?!?! This is my last attemp to resolve this issue of installation with Afrihost!!!!
