Inexplicably suspended and left high and dry

My account suddenly suspended. No reason given. No warning. Used WhatsApp to ask why - got directed to some crazy form that made me sound like a ********. Filled it in and sent it. Asked agent for turnaround time: 24 to 48 hours. 3 days late I checked in: sorry, long weekend yada yada - please give us 24 to 48 hours. 2 days later: oh no there's no turnaround time on these things - we'll get back to you "on the never never". Some sort of intimation that my account was suspended because of non-payment. Hmmm. I only have free services with Afrihost. Something amiss. Oh and "tsk tsk you were sent emails warning you of the suspension". Right - well I didn't get them. Please email our security team and they'll answer. Oh yes, when? 24 to 48. Nah - also on the never never. Nice! Thanks Afrihost. I feel sorry for people paying for your shoddy service. At least I get it from free. When I get it.
