Inept *********** Service Provider

Over the last month, I have had little no connectivity for more than 2 weeks. TT Connect provide the fibre line and Afrihost appear to have no sense of urgency in terms of ensuring their customers are serviced; My contractual relationship is with Afrihost whom are either unwilling or incapable of managing the infrastructure service provider TT Connect; having to manage TT Connect on at least two occasions. Today my service has dropped 3 times and the run around is always the same despite having phoned twice and numerous watt sapp messages later. Tried the same old approach 3 x and no one looks further. It is of no use to inform me that they Afrihost have had a number of complaints about TT connect; either manage your infrastructure provider or provide another solution!
