INEFFICIENT ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

I am quite disappointed with the treatment I am getting so far at Afrihost. From debiting my account twice to not debiting my account and then sending me threatening messages of deactivation.

I changed my banking details on the 30th on clientzone on my profile. You guys did a test debit of R1.00 and it was successful. I waited for you to debit but nothing. This morning you send me a message that you are going to deactivate my account because of poor payment.

Tell, why is your accounts department so inefficient?
