Incredible support response times and flexibility

I use Afrihost for simple hosting services like DNS registration and sandbox servers as they price reasonably. Their support team are by far the most responsive and flexible people I have ever worked with. This morning I sent a request to change some DNS records (Sunday 7am) and the engineers (one Katlego M) responded done within literally 5 minutes.

The last request I made was a very technical one for some advanced security features, which Afrihost (and many South Adfrican providers) do not yet support. The engineer, Juandre J, asked for more clarity, I sent him the required changes, and instead of just saying "sorry we don't do it" he investigated the matter and implemented.
