Incorrect Billing

<p>I signed up for the afridesign package at a reduced rate only to find out that this package offers nothing more than I've had on my previous package. I reverted back to my original package and was billed more for going back. I tried to clarify this by calling, live chat and e-mail. No-one could assist. I was eventually told that I should just change it and see if the billing would be correct, which I did. Needless to say, my billing is still incorrect and my account was just debited for the escalated amount. This is not what I'd expect from Afrihost as I have enjoyed good service from you a few years ago. This is no longer the case as whenever I have a query, it takes days to only get partially solved.</p>
