Inconvenience and No assistance provided

I am very disappointed and so frustrated with Afrihost.

Firstly, the lady we spoke to first sounded like she was not interested in assisting us and in term she logged the incorrect ticket, no follow up and no technician sent out Friday.

Friday, nothing happened and then by calling them back advised the lady we spoke to Thursday evening logged incorrectly.

Your service use to be 100% but you have dropped that ball all the way down👎👎👎

I have been calling Saturday, Sunday and Monday, expressing the urgency of getting this matter resolved, I work from home and have US clients and currently pregnant, it's been very stressful! And lost out since Last Thursday.... Who is going to compensate for what I have lost OUT?!

I have been struggling to get assistance, hoping and praying it's sorted today but NOTHING!!!!

NO correct service provided, they kept saying they have escalated the ticket or issue logged, I believe your agents do not understand the term escalated because nothing has happened since!

I am so annoyed and want a technician to come out and sort this issue IMMEDIATELY!!
