I ordered a fibre line one week ago. I received my modem from Afrihost on Tuesday. Since then Iv been told Openserve will contact me to connect the line. Day after day I have been given one excuse after another. They say I am supposed to connect the modem myself but I do not have the cables. Their service is pathetic. It’s time to find another provider.
