*********** internet service provider

I have never came across an internet service provider that's so ****** *********** and ********, and actually don't care about it's customers. I have signed up for a hosting service not more than 2 weeks ago, and yesterday they've blocked my access to the control panel. It took me 16 hours to eventually get hold of someone at the accounts department since their CALLBACK service is still on a pilot project.... and still my problem was not solved.
