*********** hosting support

I have spoken to multiple support agents for the hosting department of this company and has yet to find a competent employee that can assist with issues related to incoming mails relayed via 550. They don't seem to know their product or how to fix simple issues related to it. As I have struggled with this for months. I would like this to be noted.
