Since the 27th April I have been trying to get my relocation install finalised, still to this day nothing. Just a lot back and forth with no urgency and very little competence on both sides as to resolve this issue. I notified afrihost that openserve needed to send out a cable joiner to splice the line as the technician had advised there was no space for him to add our connection in, but this could not be done till the pole was fixed as it is leaning. For some unknown reason I am constantly told that the cable joiner has been and yet none of these occassions have they contacted me for access as it is only available through the property. He keeps getting access from complex in front so I have no idea if the right person has been to even look at this and do their job that they were supposed to do - fix the pole and add a connection onto the fibre line for my connection/installation. I am giving you 72 hours to resolve this as this has gone on long enough and I am tired of trying to do your job for you!!
