*********** Consultants and Poor service

I am extremely disappointed in Afrihost. I’ve been with them for over 3 years now. Service has slacked.

I downgraded my package last week after me speaking to a *********** consultant whom advised me to do the downgrade myself. Afrhost automatically upgraded again when I didn’t want it and charged it to my account. I’ve emailed support and no reply till date.
