<p>i ordered an expensive router from Afrihost. I then managed to sign up for a DSL package. Bottom line is it's been weeks and we still don't have Wi-fi! </p> <p>I called numerous times to no avail. Finally in desperation I called to ask them to cancel everything, collect router (which is a dud) and refund all the money I've been charged. </p> <p>A manager by the name of Vusi asked me to give them one more chance. He PROMISED to have someone call me on Monday morning to sort everything out. NO CALL was received. Nothing. Not a thing!!!</p> <p>So Afrihost continues to **********ly take my money every month, including the R2000+ for the useless router.</p> <p>How can I get some service?</p> <p>This experience has been beyond costly, frustrating and disappointing!</p> <p>My advice....DO NOT USE AFRIHOST</p> <p> </p>
