<p>After having our Internet with afrihost for a month.We decided to order a mobile router with a data deal.After ordering the router, and being told to pay via credit card.We are still waiting on the router to be delivered.It has almost been 2 weeks! Not only does your consultants not know what's happening. Apparently I was escalated to the service managers by 4 different consultants.Namely Ruan, Loyiso, Thabang and Vanessa.The service manager didn't contact me yet.I gave them a deadline till 12 today otherwise I will cancel the router, and expect a complete refund.Clock is ticking!!!! I managed to see a good deal for a router at telkom so might just move to them.Thanks for showing new customers that you not a long term deal.Will definitely not refer you to anyone! !!! </p>
