Incompetence rules at Afrihost!

This must be one of the worst companies to deal with when things go wrong. I had to spend a total of six hours on Whatsapp and phone calls and speak to 4 different, apparently untrained and ***********, customer consultants to solve a relatively minor problem with the router I received from Afrihost before after 6 hours I eventually, by sheer luck, managed to get through to Kelebogile that sorted the problem in no time. This ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth and even though the problem is now fixed I have decided to cancel my subscription as the thought of ever having to go through the same torture when something goes wrong is just too much to bear.
