Incompetence has a name “Afrihost”

Technically 1 star is a compliment for them. Firstly i waited almost n day for them to respond on whatsapp. I have a 50mb upload and 50mb download line for which i pay over R1000/month. I have been struggling for weeks now, I can hardly keep my laptop connected to this line, last reading i took gave me 1.44mb download and 0.45mb upload. Their solution is reboot your rooter, reboot your rooter. They do not even have a F&$@)” clue themselves what to do, their staff is, as you can see in other reviews, ***********, but they do not fail to recover their fees every month like clockwork. That they don’t miss ever. If i can tell all living in Sandton area, stay clear of these idiots because they have no idea what they doing. After the Corona lockdown, after my last month of suffering with this incompetence i shall be moving to another service provider, who actually know what they doing, i suggest you all do the same.
