Incompetence and theft

We had a bad experience with Afrihost in Mandalay they have double debt our account and although forwarding them all the necessary information about the transaction they gave us the run around till to day this started from the 1st of July 2024 its almost the 1st of August 2024 how can a business have *********** persons dealing with their accounts and reconciliations ...their subsidiary Vumatel also cant help you but they both refer you to another *********** provider Pay Fast who although was also given the exact same information also foes nothing in returning ones money .....debting a persons account twice without authority is theft i hope they realise that.
