INCOMPETENCE AND REAPING OFF MY BANK ACCOUNT WITH NO AUTHORITY

Oh my goodness ****y service so last month i signed up for their service they did not debit i used the money anyway i told them will start 1 sept. 31 August used their whatsapp i had a chat with Kwezi who informed me I am owing R997. I was like I never got data, he said because you never paid haybo why should i pay for a service i did not get. Kwezi adviced i send email of cancellation i did so. I was answered by Dineo Mothibela on the 31st Aug at 15:30. Joyline M rep**** I dont owe I must do an EFT of R497. She gave me banking details boom midnight debit order went through. now I paid them R994, the greatest to date no allocation of data Accounts department I just got a message from Similo that they will not credit me.
