Incompetence
I am a debit order customer and through some problem on their side they didn't deduct the correct amount, causing my account to be in arrears. No I'm getting emails and SMS's threatening to suspend my service if I don't pay. Why did I choose a debit order if I now have to phone them or pay with my credit card on the site, because of their incompetence?

We will not at any point penalize our Clients due to a system error that occurs on our side.
In this instance the pro-rata payment should have been queued up and processed automatically without you needing to take any action.
