Incapable of providing service

I am waiting for Afrihost to fix my fiber line which is miraculously not working anymore. It is the 3rd day since I reported it. Frogfoot was there after a day but just said that they will get a contractor to quote on a new line. Why I don't know and also, I am still waiting for a call! Afrihost you're incapable of providing good service!
