Incapable of providing hosting

Afrihost make it impossible to host a website or even set up an email. This company is unbelievably terrible at providing hosting services, I am a web developer and have lost a huge client thanks to this companies absolute incompetence. I have 2 domains hosted with Bronze emails packages and I havent been able to create any email accounts for weeks. I tried to move a Magento website onto Afrihost and the sales manager Bruces advice to me when confirming the hosting package was "Sign up pay and then we will help", well well needless to say that package was wrong, moved to another package and after a month the webste was not live, I then went to their competitor and the site was live within a day. This company should not be able to sell a product that they cannot deliver as this directly affects other business's running.
