Incapable and Uninterested Afrihost.

In a string of recent bad experiences with Afrihost, this one is the last straw. Trusting Afrihost to run just a simple email address facility for me has turned into an absolute sh#t show.

It seems that bar a very select few like Frank and Blessing, the rest of the Afrihost staff could not be bothered to assist clients. They would rather sit and send pointless emails making the client feel inadequate rather than offering any amount of useful advice.

It also seems that connecting this new email address to my already existing domain has simply been too a higher grade task for this service provider.

Again, in a string of incredibly poor interactions with Afrihost, I am having to really ask myself what the hell am I still doing with them....
